Vote your own best interests. Attend the strike vote meeting and vote yes!

Yesterday we heard from many Raley's store managers who were put in a very uncomfortable position.

They were required to attend a meeting where they were instructed to persuade you to vote against your own best interests. This mini-seminar was conducted by the Union buster, hired by the company, to help strip your contract.

The store managers were instructed to talk to you regarding issues they simply know are wrong. They know the company is overreaching and they know you deserve better but they have to do what they're being told because, unfortunately, they do not have Union representation. So take what they say with a grain of salt, they surely are.

Another of the many fibs you're been told is that if you do not attend the strike vote you will be counted as a "Yes" vote. That is simply not accurate.

So don't sit on the sidelines, please attend the strike vote meeting and cast your vote.

Thank you for your support for the bargaining committee. Remember, Solidarity Works!
