UFCW 8-Golden State, along with UFCW Locals 5 and 648, resumed negotiations with Save Mart last Friday, Sept 12. More talks are scheduled for later this week.

As we continue our dialogue with management, the Stabilization Agreement and its provisions have expired while your contract remains in effect. 

The next several weeks will be critical to the negotiating process. Please do your part by letting your co-workers and managers know you stand with your Union.
