UFCW 8-Golden State has met with FoodMaxx in recent weeks to resume negotiations. More work remains to be done in order to reach an agreement that meets the need of the members.

FoodMaxx and the Union have remained under a contract extension agreement. This extension agreement has allowed medical benefits to continue unchanged, with no premiums, while negotiations proceed.
