Your Union bargaining team continued discussions with Save Mart this week, making additional progress. We have successfully resolved the issue of pension funding along with almost all other contract language issues.

It’s important to note, these discussions have included bargaining units for Save Mart, Lucky, Food Maxx, and Maxx Value in both Northern and Southern California.

The critical, remaining issue is addressing meaningful wage increases for our hard-working members.
